Ricochet Construction provides construction and remodeling services as outlined in project proposals, estimates, and contracts. The specific scope, schedule, and pricing for each project will be detailed in a written agreement between Ricochet Construction and the client.

2. Estimates and proposals

Estimates are based on information available at the time of preparation and may change if the scope of work evolves, site conditions differ from expectations, or materials and labor costs fluctuate. Any changes will be communicated and approved through written change orders where appropriate.

3. Payments

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and accepted methods of payment will be outlined in your project agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late or missed payments may delay work and can result in additional charges as permitted by law.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to the project site, making selections and decisions when requested, and securing any approvals or permissions not handled by Ricochet Construction. Delays caused by lack of access or decisions may impact the schedule and cost.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials will be outlined in your project agreement and may vary depending on the type of work and products selected.

6. Website use

7. Limitation of liability
